PAYMENTS
If you are having trouble having your payment accepted you may have to contact your bank. If your card is valid and you know you are allowed the amount, then it may be your card has been automatically stopped. We are an Australian company and some banks outside of Australia may flag it as an unusual transaction and stop the payment. If you contact your bank and allow the payment, it should be fine when you try again. If you contact us we may also be able to provide other options for payment. Just let us know and we'll save you a place in the course until the issue is resolved.

CHANGE CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

  • Log  into your  account.
  • Click on their Avatar in the top right of the page.
  • Select Settings from the drop down menu
  • Click Credit Card Info in the top right of the page.
  • Hit the Change Card button:

PROBLEMS SEEING THE WEEK'S MODULE?

Sometimes browser caching causes problems  To find out how to clear your cache http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Sometimes extensions and setting you have may be blocking it. You can try opening the site  in a private window in your browser  (e.g. Chrome's Incognito Mode, or Firefox's Private Window). This opens a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings blocking your content.

Make sure your browser is updated. You can also try accessing the site  on a different browser. If it works reinstall the browser you usually use.


VIDEO PLAY BACK PROBLEMS
Our videos are hosted on Vimeo. Check if you can watch other videos on Vimeo. If you are having problems here are some solutions from Vimeo. Most issues are browser related make sure you have the latest browser downloaded.
